Terms of Service

1. Membership & Account Eligibility

All deposit and loan products offered by Githani Helping Hand Foundation Micro are strictly available to registered foundation members in accordance with Section 8 Company bylaws and statutory microfinance regulations.

2. Micro-Loan Terms & Repayment

Micro-loan applicants agree to repay monthly EMI installments on or before the due date. Failure to repay EMI on time may result in late payment fees as per foundation credit guidelines.

3. Daily Pigmy & FD Rules

Daily pigmy deposits are collected by authorized officers with digital SMS confirmation. Premature closure of Fixed Deposits or Recurring Deposits is subject to a 1% penalty as per foundation rules.
